We only booked for 3 nights as we were going to a nearby wedding. The kitchen plus utensils were good, and dining area was very good size. The family bathroom was a good size with good shower and roll top bath. Under floor heating was very pleasing. Beautifully decorated, cosy real fire in the living room and with everything you need to have a great stay. The garden is secure and has everything you need for a BBQ and lots of seating. Very close to the town centre and a short walk down to the canal. The owner Jane is quick to respond to messages and nothing is too much trouble.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A garden with a barbecue, perfect for grilling some sausages while surfing the web on their free WiFi. Such luxury!
Oh, how I longed for more cups and mugs! I simply couldn't cope with the limited lounging space at the front.

The value for money at this boutique home was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the town centre and within walking distance of the train station. The staff, particularly Jane the owner, were responsive and accommodating.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider selection of frying pans to choose from.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. the kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances. -the location was convenient for exploring the city and visiting nearby attractions. -There was ample storage space in the bedrooms and bathroom. -the house was well-stocked with essential amenities and even had some cooking condiments and snacks.
The single bed was a bit springy and the double beds were on the soft side. The lack of an extra chair in the living room made it a bit uncomfortable for a group of four.

The Boutique Home Near Chichester Centre exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well-equipped and the dining area spacious. The family bathroom was a good size with a great shower and luxurious roll-top bath. We also loved the underfloor heating, which added a touch of comfort to our stay. The property is beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. It felt light, airy, and inviting.
Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. It would have been nice to have a few more cups/mugs in the kitchen, and the bed was a bit on the firm side.
